Electronic Bids may be received via MAGIC portal or Physical Receipt. Plan Holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.pwaplanroom.com. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Cost of bid documents shall be $225.00 per hard copy and $112.50 per digital copy.

A pre-bid conference will be conducted 10am September 20, 2022 at Range Control, CSJFTC, Camp Shelby, MS

ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

Bidders shall be advised that in accordance with the Mississippi Code, the Military Department

has Thirty (30) calendar days to deliver a warrant to the vendor from the date an application for payment is determined to be due and payable under the terms and conditions of the contract.

The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities. Award of contract is subject to availability of funds. Bids will be held open for 60 days from bid date.
